Enjoy automatic replenishment of your favorite Rawnaqy products! When you select the “Subscription” service, you'll receive new shipments of your selected items at the intervals you choose. All Subscription orders include a 10% discount from the first order onwards.

To activate the Subscription service, simply select the Subscription option and choose your preferred time interval from the dropdown menu next to the item(s). Your selected products will be automatically shipped at these intervals. To use Subscription services, you must be logged in to your Rawnaqy account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.

You'll need to provide a shipping address, credit card details, and a billing address. Your credit card will be charged only when the item is shipped. You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your first shipment will be processed immediately after placing your order.

If you wish to modify, skip, or cancel your order, you must do so at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment. Once the order has been processed, no changes can be made.

The Subscription service is available only for customers in Lebanon. Discounts do not apply to shipping fees, taxes, gift cards, or bundle collections. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized use, system errors, or unforeseen issues. Offer is subject to change without prior notice.
